Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Sales Engineer, based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include identifying client needs, proposing custom HVAC solutions, preparing proposals, and managing project lifecycles. The role involves using technical expertise to support sales efforts, building and maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams for project execution. Tasks also include conducting site surveys, providing technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project delivery process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC Engineering and in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems
- Experience with HVAC Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
- Familiarity with Maintenance & Repair in HVAC systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage project timelines effectively
- Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
