Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a HVAC Sales Engineer. The role involves identifying client needs and providing tailored HVAC solutions, managing customer relationships, preparing and delivering technical proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success. The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in HVAC systems design, equipment selection, and solutions implementation
- Sales skills including client relationship management, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets
- Technical and analytical skills to prepare project proposals and evaluate system specifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and report generation
- Proficiency in market research and staying abreast of industry trends and advancements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the HVAC industry or a related technical field is preferred
