Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Experienced HVAC Sales professional. The responsibilities include identifying and reaching potential customers, building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting HVAC solutions. The role involves collaborating with the technical team, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services. Additional tasks include following up on leads, creating quotes, and offering guidance on maintenance and after-sales services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems related to HVAC installations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Strong organizational and sales skills to manage leads and close deals effectively
- Previous experience in HVAC sales or technical support will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred
