Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Purchaser located in Gurgaon. The HVAC Purchaser will oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for HVAC operations. Key responsibilities include sourcing vendors, negotiating pricing, managing purchase orders, maintaining inventory levels, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies. The role requires close collaboration with the operations and technical teams to meet project schedules and organizational objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Procurement and Vendor Management for HVAC or related equipment
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in Negotiation and Cost Analysis
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Previous experience in HVAC or related industries is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
