Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an HVAC Purchase Engineer/Manager. The role involves managing procurement processes for HVAC systems, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of required equipment. Responsibilities include evaluating vendor performance, preparing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards. The engineer/manager will also collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC Engineering and HVAC Design
- Experience with HVAC systems and related technologies
- Knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating detailed technical drawings
- Skills in Maintenance and Repair of HVAC systems
- Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, is preferred
- Experience in the MEP Contracting industry is a bonus
