Key responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Scheduling
Prepare detailed execution plans, schedules, and resource deployment aligned with BOQ and
specifications.
2. Project Execution
Lead end-to-end HVAC execution ensuring adherence to drawings, TDS, QA/QC, and timelines.
3. Commercial & Billing
Manage measurements, RA/final billing, cost control, and variation/claims.
4. Vendor Management
Appoint and manage subcontractors; handle techno-commercial negotiations and performance.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, and internal teams; resolve execution issues.
6. Quality & Compliance
Ensure QA/QC processes, documentation, and statutory/safety compliance.
7. Documentation & Systems
Maintain structured documentation, drawing control, and MIS/reporting systems.
8. Testing & Handover
Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover with performance validation.
9. Team Leadership
Lead execution teams, drive performance, and build capabilities.
10. Reporting & Governance
Track progress, risks, and costs via MIS; drive periodic project reviews.
