Key Responsibilities
- HVAC design, heat-load calculations, equipment selection, duct/pipe sizing and ESP calculations.
- Design and review of VRF/VRV, Chilled Water, AHU, FCU, FAHU, Ductable, Ventilation & Exhaust systems.
- Preparation/review of HVAC layouts, schematics, equipment schedules and design drawings.
- Technical coordination with MEP disciplines, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Site supervision, installation review, testing and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, ASHRAE, IS, SMACNA and applicable HVAC standards.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–10 years of relevant HVAC experience, preferably in Design Consultancy/PMC.
- Experience in commercial, hospital, airport, high-rise, institutional or large infrastructure projects preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and HVAC design/calculation software.
- Revit MEP/BIM knowledge will be an added advantage.
