Job Title- HVAC Design
Exp-2-4 Yrs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HVAC System Design:
- Perform heat load calculations (cooling & heating) using industry-standard methods
- Design air conditioning systems: VRF/VRV, chilled water, DX systems
- Develop ducting layouts, chilled water piping layouts, and ventilation systems
- Design exhaust systems (basement ventilation, kitchen exhaust, toilet exhaust)
- Select HVAC equipment (FCU, Cassette unit, ODU, piping etc.,)
- Prepare fresh air and smoke management systems
Technical Deliverables:
- Prepare detailed HVAC layout drawings in AutoCAD.
- Develop duct sizing, static pressure calculations, ESP calculations
- Create equipment schedules and BOQ with quantity take-offs
- Support design documentation and technical requirements
Coordination & Compliance:
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines
- Ensure compliance with NBC, ASHRAE standards, and local authority norms
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines
