- B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (with relevant experience)
- HVAC-related certifications will be an added advantage
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Design & Estimation Manager to lead the design and estimation department. The candidate will be responsible for HVAC system designing, project estimation, BOQ preparation, tender handling, and coordination with clients and project teams. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HVAC design and estimation activities for projects
- Perform heat load calculations and equipment selection
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and tender documents
- Review HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure timely submission of design and estimation documents
- Provide technical support to execution and project teams
- Monitor project requirements and maintain documentation
- Lead and manage the design & estimation team
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and design concepts
- Expertise in heat load calculation and equipment selection
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and project estimation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, HAP, and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
