Job Opportunity: Business Operations Manager IT

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Manager to drive processes, implement structures, and ensure goal achievement within our aviation and tech company. This role is crucial for making effective decisions and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The Business Operations Manager will design and implement business rhythms, partner with various teams to track key initiatives and KPIs, and drive the adoption of company-wide processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft Methodology and Standards: Implement structured methodologies for business operations, facilitate process design and execution, and contribute positively to the craft.
• Process Excellence: Design and execute processes to increase efficiency and productivity, and drive the adoption of standardized processes.
• Planning: Support annual and ad hoc planning processes, collaborate on budget definition and resource allocation, and oversee the planning process.
• Cadence: Prepare and facilitate business reviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure action tracking and delivery.
• Performance Management: Design and implement performance measurement, reporting, and analysis.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders, streamline processes, foster teamwork, and drive operational efficiency.
