What You’ll Do
As the Clinical Liasion, you will play a key role in supporting occupancy growth and managing the admissions process for our community.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage admissions, pre-admissions, and census development activities
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, referral sources, senior organizations, and community partners
- Conduct outreach and networking activities to generate leads and increase occupancy
- Assist residents and families through the move-in and transition process
- Monitor census goals and collaborate with leadership on growth strategies
- Maintain accurate admissions, referral, discharge, and census documentation
- Visit referral sources and comparable communities to stay informed on market trends
- Help coordinate community outreach events, presentations, and educational programs
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and community contacts
- Support a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Sales, admissions, healthcare, senior living, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
- Compassionate and service-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Meets state and federal requirements
- Previous experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, senior living, or related field is a plus
