Backend Developers

Hustlr India Edtech is looking for passionate Backend Developers to join our fast-growing team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems that power our innovative EdTech platform. You will work closely with the frontend team to ensure seamless integration and deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems using the latest technologies and best practices. - Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure smooth integration and data exchange. - Optimize database schemas, queries, and data processing for optimal performance. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. - Continuously improve the existing systems and implement new features. - Contribute to the overall architectural decisions and technology stack of the company. Requirements: - Proficient in one or more backend programming languages (Python, Node.js, Java, etc.). - Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Familiarity with web frameworks (Django, Flask, Express.js, etc.) and microservices architecture. - Understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
