This is not a normal developer job.
If your priority is a big salary, predictable increments, a fancy designation and a comfortable corporate career, there are plenty of large companies that can offer you that.
We want developers who want to become entrepreneurs inside the organisation.
People who want to build products from zero, launch them, find users, automate distribution, experiment with marketing, break things, fix them, and eventually create products that generate serious value.
You should ideally be able to move across:
• Full-stack product development
• iOS & Android applications
• APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure
• AI/LLMs and agentic workflows
• AI-powered automation
• Rapid prototyping and shipping
• Growth experiments and marketing automation
But more important than knowing every technology is this:
You know how to figure things out.
We don't want someone waiting for a 40-page PRD.
You should be comfortable hearing:
"Here's the problem. Can we build something around this?"
…and coming back with a working product.
