<div> Huntington Technology is looking for an entry-level IT Triage team member to join our service team in Bingham Farms, MI. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical part in making sure support requests are answered, documented, prioritized, and routed quickly. Day to day, this person will help answer incoming calls and emails, create and update service tickets, gather clear details from end users, perform basic troubleshooting for common desktop, laptop, printer, phone, Office 365, and connectivity issues, and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate technician. The right candidate should be reliable, customer-service focused, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced MSP environment where clear communication, urgency, documentation, and follow-through matter every day.<br><br>This is a great role to help anyone ramp up their technical skills and elevate to higher roles within Huntington Technology.<br> <br><strong>Primary Responsibilities include</strong>:<br><br>

<li>Responsible for solving client technical issues by providing technical support.</li>
<li>Configure and prepare Windows laptops/desktops for deployment.</li>
<li>Support customers over the phone in a remote setting.</li>
<li>Take ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution.</li>
<li>Have a high sense of urgency and a get-it-done attitude.</li>
<li>Reliability, showing up to work when scheduled and showing up on time. </li>
<li>Create detailed documentation on steps taken to identify and remediate issues.</li>
<li>The candidate must be a fast learner and interested in continuing education in our primary support systems.</li>

<strong>Overall Job Requirements:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Practical problem-solving skills and solid troubleshooting skills are must.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and is essential.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 as well as other common desktop software such as Adobe Reader, Intuit QuickBooks, Mainstream Web Browsers, etc.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of network fundamentals and TCP/IP.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Professional Services Automation (Autotask), Remote Management/Monitoring tools (Autotask Endpoint Management), and documentation platforms (ITGlue) are always a plus!</li>

<strong>Experience:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul><li>2 years of computer support or home lab/setup is preferred </li></ul><div>
<strong>Education:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul><li>Associates degree or higher in any technology field or equivalent experience preferred (or currently pursuing your degree), but is not required.</li></ul>
