About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the daily operations of HR functions and duties as requested.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources team.
  • Work on creating and updating job descriptions for all groups within the organization.
  • Compile and update employee job descriptions and upload them to QMS System.
  • Provide updates on HR projects in meetings.

  • Ability to handle sensitive employee issues and information with discretion.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skill and Proficiencies

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Previous experience working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capability to work with various stakeholders.
