Description

We are looking for a dedicated professional to add to our Office Services Department. The Office Services Department consists of two individuals who directly assist with daily operations of the firm. The Office Service Department will work closely with Legal Assistants with large print jobs, organizing in and outgoing mail, maintain relationships with vendors and court employees, and other supporting administrative tasks when assigned. 

Our firm is technological centered. Employees are required to attend training courses with our in-house trainer. We are actively looking for employees who will proactively use the technology and other firm resources available to problem solve and continue to improve their work. 


Duties:

· Maintaining inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials when needed

· Filing legal documents with the court

· Delivering and picking up documents from clients

· Delivering supplies throughout the building

· Processing legal documents into several electronic and printed formats

· Posting signs on properties involved in real estate sales

· Supporting administration with tasks as assigned


Must have a clear driving record. Must be insurable.


Job Type: Full-Time in person position

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts Monday-Friday

Requirements

Required Skills:

· Must be able to lift 25 to 30 lbs

· Possess a valid drivers license 

· Excellent client service (both internally and externally)

· Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Positive attitude

· Willingness to learn 

· Self-motivated to grow and advance in their career with HunterMaclean
