This individual is responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth for USA-based staffing services. This role focuses on end-to-end sales—from lead generation to client acquisition. The ideal candidate has strong experience selling staffing/recruiting services into the US market and an existing network of hiring managers, MSPs, and direct clients.
Client Acquisition & Sales - Identify, target, and acquire new direct clients, MSP/VMS accounts in the US market
Account Management - Develop and grow relationships with existing and new clients
Market & Strategy - Understand US staffing market trends, bill rates, and demand skills
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–10+ years of experience in USA Staffing Business Development
- Proven track record of acquiring direct clients and MSP accounts
- Experience working with VMS/MSP clients and portals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Existing database/network of US hiring managers is a strong plus
