You will be actively involved with many stages of the winemaking process. This will include, but not be limited to: -Perform routine juice panels and wine analysis including: Brix, pH, TA & DO. -Daily Brix, Temp checks & Data Entry -Wine Sampling from tank and barrels -Organize wine samples for outside analysis as needed -Maintain lab cleanliness, inventory reagents and supplies -Perform additions, inoculations and assist with cellar activities as needed. - Ability to work in the cellar with the winemaking team as necessary. This is a role that will assist the production team when lab responsibilities are complete on a day-to-day basis. |
