People Operations Associate

We're looking for a proactive People Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll manage HR operations, lead recruitment efforts, and contribute to key HR initiatives. You'll have the chance to build processes from the ground up and create exceptional employee experiences. Key Responsibilities HR Operations Streamline payroll, attendance, and workflows using HRMS tools (preferably Keka), with a focus on automation. Develop and optimize HR policies and processes to drive efficiency. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and HR best practices. Talent Acquisition Drive end-to-end hiring for tech and non-tech roles, ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition. Broader HR Initiatives Contribute to core HR areas, including: Employee Relations / HR Business Partnering / Learning & Development (L&D) / Talent Management / Benefits & Rewards
