</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for clients of all ages.</li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.</li>
<li>Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and innovative techniques.</li>
<li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.</li>
<li>Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.</li>
<li>Educate clients and families about speech and language disorders and strategies for improvement.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in the field.</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.</li>
<li>Current Clinical Fellow (CFY) status or eligible to obtain licensure in California.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and families.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li>
<li>Experience with diverse populations and a variety of speech and language disorders.</li>
<li>Proficient in using technology for therapy and documentation purposes.</li>
<li>Passion for helping others and a commitment to professional growth.</li>
<li>Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of clients and the organization.</li>
