We're looking for a Parts & QC Specialist who takes pride in their work, loves the automotive world, and wants to be part of a team that actually has each other's backs.<br><br>If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and the kind of person who gets satisfaction from a job done well — you'll fit right in here.<br><br><br>WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE<br><br>- A crew that genuinely supports each other — no drama, just teamwork<br>- Leadership that listens and actually invests in your growth<br>- A shop that takes pride in quality — your work will matter here<br>- $16–$21/hr starting pay plus incentives for doing great work<br>- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule so your weekends stay yours<br>- Room to grow — we promote from within and love seeing our people level up<br>- Health, dental, and retirement benefits<br><br><br>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING<br><br>Parts Management<br>- Keep parts stocked and ready so techs can do their best work without delays<br>- Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy; verify part numbers against service orders<br>- Process, pick, and stage parts for jobs; track sales, returns, and warranty records<br>- Work with vendors to resolve issues quickly and keep things moving<br>- Perform cycle counts and keep inventory sharp; maintain SOPs for receiving and returns<br><br>Post-Repair Quality Control<br>- Inspect completed repairs to make sure every vehicle leaves the shop in top shape<br>- Verify correct parts were installed and all work matches the service order<br>- Document QC results and flag anything that needs attention before delivery<br>- Be the last line of defense for quality — and take pride in it<br><br><br>WHAT YOU BRING<br><br>- High school diploma or GED<br>- 1+ year in auto parts, repair, or supply chain — shop experience is a big plus<br>- A sharp eye for detail and a knack for spotting when something's off<br>- Comfortable with inventory/ERP systems and reading service orders<br>- A team-first attitude and great communication — this role works with everyone in the shop<br>- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day<br><br><br>HOW TO APPLY<br><br>We'd love to hear from you!
