We're seeking a Design Director who can elevate our practice beyond conventional boundaries. In this role, you'll lead a talented team of designers while partnering with global CXOs to transform ambitious visions into category-defining digital experiences.

Your Strategic Impact

Design Leadership

• Build and mentor high-performing design teams that consistently deliver excellence
• Establish design systems and processes that scale across global projects
• Foster a culture of innovation, critique, and continuous improvement

Executive Collaboration

• Partner with C-suite clients to translate business vision into design strategy
• Present design solutions that align with business metrics and growth goals

Practice Excellence

• Shape our design philosophy and methodologies
• Establish quality benchmarks that push industry standards
• Guide teams in creating comprehensive design documentation

What You'll Own

Design Operations

• Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation
• Establish workflows that balance quality with efficiency
• Create frameworks for design reviews and quality assurance
• Manage resource allocation across multiple high-stakes projects

Client Success

• Guide clients through complex design transformations
• Ensure design solutions meet both user needs and business goals
• Build long-term client relationships through design excellence

• Mentor designers at various career stages

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in digital product design
• Proven track record leading design teams and major client engagements
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and design excellence
• Experience working directly with C-suite stakeholders
• Deep understanding of design systems and scalable design processes
• Excellence in design critique and presentation
• Strong background in user research and data-driven design
