Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, policy development, and compliance. This role will also focus on fostering a positive workplace culture, resolving employee relations issues, and implementing training initiatives to support employee growth and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Compliance
- Experience in Training, Development, and Performance Management
- Knowledge in HR Policy Development and Implementation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
