As we scale across India and the diaspora, we're building a growth engine that's empathetic, efficient, and impactful. This role is at its core: a high-ownership position in the Founder’s Office, partnering directly with the Founder to shape how people discover and engage with us.


What you'll own:

  • Growth & Business Development Support: Support partnership-led initiatives maintaining lead pipelines, assisting with proposals, and ensuring timely execution of growth opportunities.
  • Lead Engagement: First point of contact for inquiries on WhatsApp / Instagram, steering conversations with empathy and precision to foster genuine connections.
  • Session Experience & Operations: Coordinate scheduling, payments, confirmations, and cross-time-zone logistics to ensure smooth, reliable experiences for both Indian and international clients.
  • Funnel & Conversion Support: Track user journeys from first touch to paid engagement, follow up thoughtfully with interested users, and surface drop-off patterns to improve conversion.
  • Workflow Optimization: Design and refine internal trackers, SOPs, and lightweight systems that reduce friction and make growth operations more scalable.
  • User Insights & Experiments: Conduct targeted research and interviews; lead pilots like couple therapy or diaspora pathways, while building pipelines and tracking outcomes.
