What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain scalable services and APIs that power our products
  • Contribute to frontend components using modern frameworks
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code in a collaborative environment
  • Participate in peer reviews and promote engineering best practices
  • Help design solutions that are performant, reliable and user-focused
  • Work in agile teams alongside product managers, designers, QA and other engineers

What You’ll Need

Tech stack:

  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
  • Backend: .NET Core (C#), Node.js
  • Mobile: Native Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift)
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes
  • Data & Observability: PostgreSQL, Redis, Datadog, New Relic
  • Tooling: GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Slack

Skills And Experience

  • Experience with one or more parts of our tech stack
  • Customer-focused with ability to build great user experiences
  • Able to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Continuous learning mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Values quality, maintainability and technical excellence

Some 'Nice to haves'

  • Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), HCM or Payroll software
