Looking for someone for grounds work primarily during summer, with additional custodial tasks in winter.

Must be able to operate zero-turn mower, other lawn equipment, and a tractor with a plow for snow removal.

Must be availability Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Requirements

- Perform grounds maintenance work tasks along with personnel in performance of
  contract specifications.
- Work with Supervisor to ensure personnel are provided on going on the job training to improve their work habits and skills
- Communicate with the Supervisor in order to ensure that all equipment is safe and in good running order.
- Monitor the flow of work within your assignments to ensure that all operations run efficiently and effectively and that all schedules are met.
- Make the necessary arrangements to have equipment repaired.
- Actively participate in corporate safety by creating a safe working environment and practicing and training workers in safe and proper work habits and equipment use.
- Responsible for proper use and storage of all codes, keys, gas cards, and company cell phone(s). etc
- Perform Custodial cleaning tasks to the satisfaction of the Project Supervisor and customer
- Police grounds and remove debris/snow as directed by the Project Supervisor.
- Complete all mandatory-training programs.
- Maintain all equipment, storage areas and Custodial closets as to reflect a professional
  appearance at all times.
- All Custodians must represent the Corporation in a professional manner, which include reporting to work in clean and appropriate attire suitable for position.
- Must always report accidents and/or safety issues to Project Supervisor immediately.
- Must maintain an effective working relationship with the Project Supervisor and co- workers at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor or designee.

Qualifications:
1. Must be capable of physical demands of the job, such as but not limited to constant standing,
walking, stooping, and lifting.
2. Must be able to follow instructions.
3. Able to lift up to 50 pounds properly.
4. Must pass any required federal, state, municipality, and/or customer-specific background
