Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The Human Resource Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing job applicants, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and support employee relations to foster a positive workplace environment. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recommend effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and fostering Employee Relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT or education sector, is an advantage
