Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for a Human Resources Trainer. The HR Trainer will design, deliver, and implement effective training programs tailored for employees. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, conducting workshops, supporting employee development through coaching, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals to foster professional growth. Collaboration with HR teams and staying updated on industry best practices form an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training, Training & Development, and Coaching methodologies
- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience designing and delivering professional development programs
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred
- Certification in training or coaching is a plus
