We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team!
📍 Location: Ahmedabad (Local Candidates Preferred)
💼 Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (HR/Business or related field)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates
• Conduct initial interviews
• Schedule interviews & manage hiring database
• Support recruitment activities & hiring managers
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
🔹 Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of recruitment & sourcing
• Familiarity with ATS/tools (preferred)
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
