Role Description
This is an on-site internship role based in Gurugram for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in various HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, supporting HR management procedures, and participating in personnel management tasks. This role involves contributing to the efficiency of HR operations and providing support across various HR-related activities.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge in Recruitment strategies.
Proficiency in HR Management and an understanding of HR Policies
Experience or interest in Employee engagement activities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
Familiarity with productivity tools such as MS Office; prior HR internship experience is a plus.
Work Environment
It will be a 5-day working week from Monday to Friday.
It will be work from the office and the candidate will be reporting to the Gurugram office.
There will be a day shift with 9 hours working (9:30-6:30 PM)
