Role Description
The Human Resources Trainee will assist in various HR functions, including Talent Aquistion, employee onboarding, maintaining HR policies, and facilitating employee benefits administration. Responsibilities include working with HR management to support personnel management, implementing HR strategies, and maintaining accurate employee records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and practices
- Experience or familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
- Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization
