Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Trainee located in Chennai. The Human Resources Trainee will assist in planning and implementing HR policies, supporting HR management, and coordinating employee benefits. Additional responsibilities include handling personnel management tasks, participating in recruitment processes, maintaining HR records, and providing administrative support for daily HR operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources fundamentals and best practices
- Understanding of HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
