🚨 URGENT HIRING – Trainee (HR – Generalist) 🚨
📍 Location: Chakan, Pune

Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic HR Trainees for a Generalist role who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
• Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment under NAPS/NATS/WILP/Staffing services
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, field recruitment, referrals, and local networks
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams
Onboarding & Documentation:
• Manage joining formalities and employee documentation
• Ensure proper onboarding and induction of new hires
• Maintain employee records and compliance documents
Payroll & Attendance Management:
• Assist in payroll processing and salary coordination
• Manage attendance, leave records, and shift data
• Coordinate with accounts and HR teams for payroll accuracy
HR Operations & MIS:
• Maintain daily trackers, reports, and MIS data
• Prepare recruitment and HR reports as required
• Ensure proper data management and reporting
Client & Employee Coordination:
• Liaise with clients and internal HR teams to fulfill manpower requirements
• Handle employee queries and provide HR support
• Assist in resolving basic employee grievances
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes (Recruitment, Payroll, Attendance)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data handling
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives, as required
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong interest in HR can also apply)
