Key Responsibilities:
-Managing the company's HR operations and handling the company's recruitment websites.
-Preparing and maintaining intern detall documents, aptitude tests, and work reports, among other things..
-HR will conduct the induction and provide all pertinent information to new employees including their supervisors, work assignments, reporting deadlines, leave policies, and corporate rules and regulations.
-If the intern takes one leave every month, it is acceptable; however, if they take 15-20 days off, they must combine their leave with another day.
-If an intern takes leave without notifying their supervisor or sending a formal letter to HR, we will deduct the amount from their stipend in accordance with the rules and regulations.
-HR must take that all the interns are submitting or updating their daily work report along with HR itself and as well as informing their supervisor.
-If an intern or their supervisor has a concem or issue, HR should act as a conduit for tommunication and try to resolve the situation.
-After receiving all of the details and confirmation from the intern HR should send the new hire or
intem an appointment letter in pdf format.
-Never send an appointment letter in a word document since the Intem can edit it and change their stipend. Instead, convert the word document to pdf and email it to the intern..
-Always include a CC to your supervisor and the head of accounting in your correspondence of mail for proof and confirmation if any issues arise.
-Give new interns an interm id.
-When sending a bank form to an intern, provide the intern's id with the form complete daily bid participation complete interns form, update their salary and insert note of the date when paid.

-Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection to perform job functions.
