- Role: HR Team Lead (Non-IT)
- Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years
- Salary: ₹3,000 – ₹18,000 (During 3 Months Probation)
- Mandatory : BPO hiring experience
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment (BPO, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Field Roles)
- Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Ensure smooth execution of the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory experience in BPO hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
