We are looking for a strong HR TL with hands-on bulk hiring experience in BPO who can manage aggressive hiring targets and lead a recruitment team.
🔹 Expertise in bulk hiring for all portfolios
🔹 Strong sourcing strategy (Job portals, walk-ins, references, vendors)
🔹 Daily drive management & offer-to-joiner conversion
🔹 Stakeholder coordination with Ops for manpower planning
🔹 Good control on attrition & replacement planning
