Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Human Resources Supervisor. The supervisor will manage HR responsibilities, including overseeing HR policies, facilitating employee relations, handling performance management, and supervising HR operations. The role also involves supporting an inclusive and positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment and hiring processes
- Strong experience in HR Management, including workforce planning and organizational development
- Solid understanding of Employee Relations and Performance Management tools and strategies
- Expertise in creating and implementing HR Policies in compliance with local regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with strong communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Previous experience in a supervisory HR role and certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
