Role Description
We are seeking a qualified professional for the role of Human Resources Statutory Compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves ensuring adherence to statutory compliance regulations, maintaining accurate employee records, preparing reports, coordinating compliance audits, and staying updated with labor laws and changes in statutory requirements. The role also includes liaising with stakeholders, managing documentation, and addressing compliance-related queries to support and enhance the HR department's efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements, labor laws, and government regulations related to human resources.
- Proficiency in maintaining employee records, legal documentation, and compliance monitoring.
- Strong skills in data analysis, report preparation, and conducting compliance audits.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal stakeholders and government authorities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure the organization meets all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools for compliance-related processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Prior experience in HR compliance, labor law implementation, or a related field is highly desirable.
