Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role for an HR Intern, based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The HR Intern will assist in daily human resource functions, including updating and maintaining employee records, drafting HR policies, and supporting recruitment processes. Key responsibilities also include assisting in administering employee benefits programs, organizing employee engagement activities, and providing support for personnel management tasks such as onboarding and training coordination.
HR Intern – Internship Details
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend:
• 1st Month: Training Period (No Pay)
• From 2nd Month: ₹6,000 per month + performance-based incentives
Note: Based on performance, the internship may be extended and converted into a full-time opportunity.

• Assist in IT recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
• Maintain candidate databases and HR records
• Support course coordination and student communication
• Work closely with the HR and recruitment team

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources and HR management practices
• Understanding of HR policies and employee benefits
• Skills in personnel management and record maintenance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid and team-oriented environment
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Prior HR internship or relevant coursework is an advantage
