About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Freelance HR Recruiter to help us hire top talent across IT and Non-IT roles. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups
- Close positions efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
