Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The HR Specialist will manage various aspects of human resources in a night shift environment, including implementing and maintaining HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Additionally, the specialist will ensure compliance with company standards and provide support for HR-related initiatives such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management specific to logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Solid understanding of HR Policies and compliance requirements
- Experience with Employee Benefits administration
- Skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a night shift environment and address logistics-specific HR requirements
- Prior experience in logistics or transportation industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
