Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at our office in Dehradun. In this role, the HR Specialist will handle day-to-day HR operations, including improving HR policies, administering employee benefits, managing personnel needs, and ensuring compliance with company standards and workforce regulations. The specialist will also actively contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work environment, streamline HR processes, and address employee queries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) processes and policies
- Proficiency in HR Management and Personnel Management practices
- Knowledge of developing and implementing HR Policies
- Experience with managing Employee Benefits and related programs
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a night shift role and manage a diverse workforce
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
