Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Specialist. The role involves executing day-to-day HR activities, formulating and overseeing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. The HR Specialist will also support the development and implementation of HR strategies to drive organizational success while ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management methodologies
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and compliance
- Strong expertise in Personnel Management and employee relations
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR software tools is a plus
