Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on various recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate feedback, and offer roll-out.
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Onboarding & Induction
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees by completing all joining formalities.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Coordinate documentation, background verification, employee code generation, and HRMS updates.
• Ensure a positive onboarding experience for all new hires.
HR Operations
• Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management from joining to exit.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy.
• Manage HRMS data, employee files, and organizational records.
• Coordinate confirmation processes, employee transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.
