Hiring: Human Resources Executive
Location: Delhi (Remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and company procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
- Work closely with department managers to understand hiring and workforce requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws is an added advantage.
