Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in New Delhi. The HR Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel processes. Daily responsibilities include supporting recruitment, creating and maintaining HR documentation, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices.
- Strong skills in HR Management and implementing effective HR Policies.
- Experience in administering Employee Benefits and managing Personnel Management activities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is advantageous.
