Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in the Mohali district. The Human Resources Specialist will handle day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, training, employee relations, policy development, and performance management. Key responsibilities will include managing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, and maintaining personnel records. The role requires working closely with management to support the company's goals and employee needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Experience with HR Management and the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and related programs to support employee satisfaction
- Strong skills in Personnel Management, including monitoring and enhancing employee performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with HR software and government compliance requirements
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage
