Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and overseeing employee benefits. The role involves coordinating personnel management, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the specialist will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and practices
- Experience in HR Management and developing HR policies
- Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and facilitate a dynamic workplace culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in HR within technology or innovative industries is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws is a plus
