We are currently hiring for the position of:
HR Generalist
📍 Location: Vadodara (Near Genda Circle)
🕒 Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
💼 Experience Required: 8–15 Years
📌 Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions including PMS, Employee Engagement, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
The ideal candidate should be capable of driving HR initiatives while ensuring a positive employee experience aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage complete Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, appraisals, and performance tracking
✅ Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
✅ Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labour laws
✅ Handle audits, documentation, and coordination with external agencies
✅ Manage employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit
✅ Support payroll inputs, attendance management, and HR operations
✅ Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns
✅ Track HR metrics and provide insights to management
Desired Profile
✔ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR or related field
✔ Relevant experience in HR Generalist role
✔ Strong understanding of PMS, Employee Engagment, compliance, and HR operations
✔ Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
