Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Specialist will manage HR functions, implement policies, oversee employee benefits, ensure compliance with HR regulations, and support personnel and performance management. The role also involves fostering a positive work environment and contributing to the organization’s talent strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and practices
- Competence in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
- Understanding and administration of Employee Benefits
- Experience in Personnel Management and employee relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in an HR role is preferred
- Experience in working on HRMS tools is a must
- Should have proven experience making payroll
- Should have knowledge about HR compliance and statutory
